Firstly I want to thank ~Scatharis for reminding me that I had this model stock in my fav folder for the last couple of weeks and was being a horrible procrastinator. Seeing her lovely piece here: [link] reminded me to get off my duff and do something with it. I've had this image in my head forever!

Don't ask me why I'm doing winter themed stuff in the summer. I must be mad!

I love the portrayal of Severus waiting on Lily (or who else is he waiting for? -- or if it's not him... is it his soul/patronus?).

Love the detail and how well the cold and snow add onto his characterization...

And yeah, I think I went in deeply.

Yes, it is Severus waiting on Lily, and that's her patronus. Maybe she's going to be late, and she sent it ahead to give him the message. And yes, he is a pretty attractive model ;-). He makes a good young Severus. I will have to use him again sometime.
